Some nice (and most importantly useful!) trickery with CSS and jQuery.
Although I don’t do much with WordPress on a day to day basis now, and even when I did we always used to custom develop our themes rather than purchase them off-the-shelf from a theme store, but if you’re watning to setup your own blog / website and don’t want to put the time / money into getting a bespoke design then these theme stores are the perfect place for you.
I’ve personally had experience of using woothemes and found it was excellent, which is backed up by Smashing Magazine’s review. There seems to be a lot of less than great websites offering themes for WordPress though, so it’s good to find out who the heroes in this sector are.

The past several years have been an amazing journey for Magento, as we’ve grown from a new open source platform into an eCommerce leader. Magento has reached an agreement to be acquired by eBay Inc. We believe this move will open incredible opportunities for the entire Magento ecosystem.
It’ll be interesting to see what happens to Magento now. eBay have had a minority stake in Magento for quite some time, so I’m not sure why either party decided that a full acquisition was needed.I just hope they don’t become a more closed platform, and start giving priority to eBay partners (e.g. Paypal).
The thing that makes navigation difficult to work with in Web design is that it can be so versatile. Navigation can be simple or complex: a few main pages or a multi-level architecture; one set of content for logged-in users and another for logged-out users; and so on. Because navigation can vary so much between websites, there are no set guidelines or how-to’s for organizing navigation.
This should be everyone’s first priority when creating websites, good navigation not only makes the website more useable but also enhances it. Designers and developers need to take more note of how much content a website is going to have and design that in useable and user friendly way.
